Three students of Xavier Business School (XBS) of St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata (SXUK) received the prestigious Baroda Achievers Award on February 1, 2025 at the university campus.

The award was given to top three rank holders as a recognition of their outstanding academic performance in the first three semesters. Atishya Ghosh was the topper, Souvik Dey and Shania Sardar were the second and third rank holders respectively.

Each of them was awarded a cheque of Rs. 31,000 at the concluding ceremony of Xaviesta 2025 at the university campus in the presence of Rev. Dr. John Felix Raj, S.J., Vice-Chancellor of SXUK, Prof. Ashis Mitra, Registrar, Dr. Sitangshu Khatua, Dean of XBS, officials of the Bank of Baroda and other dignitaries.

Father Felix Raj said, “I congratulate all three rank holders for their hard work and dedication to studies. I wish all of them to excel in life.”

Representatives from Bank of Baroda also expressed their commitment to encourage and support young professionals in their journey toward success.
