- All building in the campus Have ramps (with and without hand rails) with sufficient slope for wheelchairs use as well as others at entrances.
- The persons with physical disabilities and on wheelchair can drive into the campus up to the ramps and move into the building and access all the floors using lifts.

- The stairs in the buildings to move between different floors are all with hand rails.
- All the buildings in the campus have lifts of standard dimension to facilitate movements of persons with physical disability (wheelchair) and others between different floors.
- Administrative Building (Loyola Tirtha), Academic Block, Library & Research Block, Girls Hostels & Boys Hostel have dedicated wheelchair accessible washrooms and toilets with hand rails and signage for physically disabled students.
- The doors, entrance and corridors of all the buildings are wide and brightly lit by natural as well as electric lights. The floor of all the classrooms, labs, library, conference halls, amphitheatre, mess, canteen, food court, hostels, washrooms, toilets and offices have non-slippery surface tiles finish.

- All Classrooms, Conference Halls, Auditoriums, Amphitheaters, the Smart Classroom, Computer Labs, MAC Lab, Psychology Lab and Studio are wheelchair accessible.
- All classrooms are also equipped with computers (desktops), LCD projectors, mic system and white/green boards to meet the needs of those with visual, speech or hearing impairments.
- All Classrooms, Conference Halls, Auditoriums, Amphitheaters and Labs are Air Conditioned to reduce the noise of fans to facilitate better hearing especially for those with hearing impairments and may use hearing aid.

- The University has a provision of arranging special entrance examinations on request by persons with disabilities. As of now the entrance tests have been done using a common online mode.
- There are provision for special arrangements for examinations – rooms, use of computers/tablets for typing, and extra time depending on the type, nature and level of disabilities and requirements (as per their disability certificates) and the candidate’s request.

- Divyang (differently abled) students of All UG & PG Courses (except MBA) from can apply for Ignatius Scholarship. This scholarship is given to Divyang students from 2nd Semester and onwards.
- 100% Tuition fee is waived under Ignatius Scholarship
- Family income is NOT considered as a criterion for Ignatius Scholarship.
- Ignatius Scholarship is applicable for students with 40% or more of the Disabilities as specified in the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016. These are : Blindness, Low Vision, Leprosy – cured persons, Hearing Impairment (deaf & hard of hearing), Locomotor Disability, Dwarfism, Intellectual Disability, Mental Illness, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Chronic Neurological Conditions, Specific Learning Disabilities, Multiple Sclerosis, Speech and Language Disability, Thalassemia, Haemophilia, Sickle Cell Disease, Acid Attack Victim, Parkinson’s Disease, and Multiple Disabilities.

- Both the men’s and women’s hostels have dedicated rooms and toilets in the ground floor for students with physical disabilities. They are accessible with ramps from the entrance.
- The mess, canteen, gymnasium, indoor games room are wheel accessible through ramps and lifts.
- The open playgrounds – football, basketball, volleyball and badminton are accessible by wheelchairs. The student canteen has a room where they can seat and have their means.
- The staff canteen is accessible by wheel chair from the door (used also an emergency door) which in the corridor side of the building which is connected with entry and exit ramps from various sides.

- Wheelchairs and Crutches: The University has wheelchair & crutches for contingency and emergency use.
- Infirmary, Nurse and Ambulance: The campus has an infirmary with trained nurses and an ambulance for use.
- Banking: The University has a Banking and ATM service which is accessible to all including those with physical disabilities and on wheelchair.
- Girls and Lady Professors Common Rooms: There are separate common rooms for girl students and lady faculty in the campus. They are wheelchair friendly.
- University Store: The University has a store which can be accessed by all for daily stationery needs – pens, pencils, papers, photocopies etc. It is in the ground floor of Academic Block and is accessible by wheel chair.
