Supplementary Examinations
- Supplementary Examinations will be held for students of the undergraduate (UG) course, who have Arrear papers only from Semesters 7 and/or 8 (Semesters 9 and/or 10 in case of Law courses), provided there are no Arrear papers from Semesters 1 – 6 (Semesters 1 – 8 in case of Law courses).
- The Supplementary Examinations will be held tentatively within 30 working days after the publication of Semester 8 (Semester 10 in case of Law courses) results.
- Supplementary Examinations will be held for students of the Postgraduate (PG) course, who have Arrear papers only from Semesters 3 and/or 4, provided there are no Arrear papers from Semesters 1 – 2.
- The Supplementary Examinations will be held tentatively within 30 working days after the publication of Semester 4 results.
- The Supplementary Examinations shall be conducted for all the Theory and Practical Papers/ Minor Projects/ Major Projects/ Industrial/ Training/ Internships, etc. of the final year only.
- The schedule for the Supplementary Examinations shall be prepared and announced by the Controller of Examinations.
- The results of Supplementary Examinations shall be declared tentatively within 15 working days of conduct of the examinations.
- A student who fails to appear or qualify in the Supplementary Examinations shall reappear in the examinations when scheduled for the next batch of students within the time span prescribed for the programme.
- Students who complete the course after appearing in the Supplementary Examination will not be awarded any rank/award/medal and will not be considered for any order of merit.
- A student with a disciplinary charge against his/her name may not be allowed to appear for the Supplementary Examination.
- To appear for the Supplementary Examination, students must fill up the Supplementary Examination form and pay the fee, usually through online mode available on the University website (www.sxuk.edu.in) through the student's login portal.
- The COE will notify the fee for the Supplementary Examinations.
- Any application for appearing in the Supplementary Examinations will not be entertained after the Due Date.
