A complaint from an aggrieved student relating to the institution should be addressed to the Chairperson, Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC).

Any student aggrieved by the decision of the Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee may prefer an appeal to the Ombudsperson, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of decision of the University in respect of the complaint lodged by him/her.

University Grants Commission has come up with the "e-Samadhan Online Grievance Registering and Monitoring System". It is a digital platform for stake holders to identify and apply for grievances/feedback/queries.

University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023, was notified on 11th April, 2023 in supersession of the University Grants Commission (Redress of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2019.
