Eligibility for appearing in End Semester Examinations

The students of Undergraduate (UG) Degree Programmes (except Law programme) must maintain 75% aggregate attendance in a semester to be eligible to appear in the End Semester Examination.
The students of Undergraduate (UG) Law (B.A. LL.B. and B.Com. LL.B.) programmes must maintain 75% aggregate attendance and a minimum attendance of 65% in each paper/subject in a semester to be eligible for appearing in the End Semester Examination.
The students of Postgraduate (PG) degree programme (including MBA Executive) must maintain 75% aggregate attendance in a semester to be eligible for appearance in the End Semester Examination.
The students of MBA Programme must maintain 85% aggregate attendance in a semester to be eligible to appear in the End Semester Examination.
Detailed requirements are given in Regulations for Students' Attendance Requirement and the Attendance Management Procedures 2024 in the 'Prospectus & Calendar'.
If a student does not fulfil the attendance requirement in that case, he/she will be debarred from appearing for the End Semester Examinations.
A student must pay the semester fees (including the examination fee, if applicable) as notified from time to time.
The students will be required to submit the examination form and pay the fees for the arrear papers (if any).
A student who has any disciplinary charge against his/her name may not be permitted to appear for the Semester Examination.
