Calculation of SGPA and CGPA

Semester Grade Point Average (SGPA): The full form of SGPA is Semester Grade Point Average. It is calculated by dividing the total credit points earned by a candidate in one Semester by the total credit points in that Semester. SGPA shall be rounded off to two decimal places.
Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA): The full form of CGPA is Cumulative Grade Point Average. It is calculated by dividing the total credit points earned by a candidate in the entire course by the total credit points in that course. CGPA shall be rounded off to two decimal places.

Where Ci is the credit earned for the course i in any Semester, Gi is the Grade Point obtained by a candidate for the course i, and n is the number of courses passed in that Semester.
