Students of Department of Mass Association of Jesuit Collaborators (AJC) of St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata (SXUK) organised a one-week Faculty Development Programme on Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm (IPP) from July 26, 2025 to August 11, 2025 at the university campus.

Rev. Dr. John Felix Raj, S.J., Vice-Chancellor of SXUK and President of AJC inaugurated the FDP and took a session with the participants.

Other resource persons were Fr. Dr. Xavier Jeyaraj, S.J., Registrar, SXUK; Fr. Dr. Peter Arockiam S.J., Vice Principal, Department of Commerce (Evening), B.M.S. & M.Com, St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata; Fr. Jeyaraj Veluswamy, S.J., Rector, St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata; and Fr. Dr. Maria Joseph Israel, S.J., Assistant Professor, Faculty of Science, SXUK.

27 participants of SXUK registered in the FDP. Fr. Dr. Mourlin K, S.J., Assistant Professor, Xavier Business School; Dr. Rakesh Kumar Singh, Associate Professor, Dr. Rajdip Bhadra Chaudhuri and Dr. Kaustav Choudhoury, Assistant Professors of Xavier Law School organised the FDP.
