LCERI conducts FDP on R software

To upgrade the quality of research and enable its faculty members remain updated with new technologies, Father Lafont Centre for Excellence in Research and Innovation (LCERI), St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata (SXUK) organized a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on November 25, 2022. The topic was ‘Scope of R in Data Analysis’.
Dr. Saurabh Agarwal, a professional trainer of R, Python Softwares, Predictive Analytics Solutions Private Limited was the resource person. The FDP was organized to train the faculty members on data collection and analysis using R software. It will enable them to analyse data in a scientific way. R is an open-source software with immense scope of application with its large collection of libraries.
