Department of Mass Communication - Placements

The University hosts a placement cell, that functions actively in engaging student-industry exchange. Since the beginning, the department has been offering placement assistance to its undergraduate and postgraduate students after they qualify their final examinations here. Overall, every year the placement assistance cell offers placement opportunities to 98% students. The companies where our students are working now are Jet Airways, NDTV Delhi, Paper Boat, PTI, Friends FM, Red FM, Birla Corporation, Sketch Advertising Agency, Indus Net Technologies, Social DNA, Fortis Hospital, ITC Limited, Shree Venkatesh Films, Hoichoi, Aaj Tak, Republic Bangla, Republic TV, Narayana Hospital, ETV, Selvel, etc. The cell also organizes talk shows, grooming sessions for the final semester students at regular intervals.
