St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata (SXUK) hosted X-Verse’25, the flagship intra-college event of the Xavier’s Commerce and Management Society (XCMS), on November 8, 2025 at the university campus.

Held under the theme “Cosmos – Nothing Beyond,” the event brought together students from various departments for a day of competitive learning, creativity, and managerial excellence.

The programme began with an inspirational address by Rev. Dr. John Felix Raj, SJ, Vice- Chancellor of SXUK, who urged students to push boundaries and explore their fullest potential. The official opening video introduced six major sub-events, setting the tone for an engaging and intellectually stimulating day.

The competitions spanned diverse domains, including Solaris Prime (Best Manager), Jovian Capital (Finance), Athenian Arsenal (Strategic Management), Neptura Nexus (PR and Marketing), Ares Arena (Sports Management), and Astral Lore (X-Plain). Each event challenged participants to apply critical thinking, creativity, and leadership to real-world managerial scenarios. Among them, the highly anticipated Stress Interview segment of Solaris Prime drew significant attention and emerged as one of the highlights of the event.

The closing ceremony celebrated the achievements of the winners, who received trophies, certificates, gift hampers, and cash prizes. The event concluded with an engaging and humorous session by entrepreneur and stand-up comedian Anmol Garg, adding a lively touch to the day.
