The Public Relations Society of India (PRSI), felicitated two students of St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata (SXUK) for their best performance in Public Relations paper on April 22, 2025.

Ayana Roy and Saptaparni Sarkar, two postgraduate students of the final semester of the Department of Mass Communication were felicitated by PRSI, Kolkata chapter as they obtained highest marks in Public Relations paper. The ceremony took place at the Balmer Lawrie Training Centre, BBD Bagh, Kolkata.

The Chief Guest was Adhip Nath Palchaudhuri, Chairman and Managing Director, Balmer Lawrie and Company Limited. Dr. Sanjay S Pawar, Principal, Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College, Durgapur was the keynote speaker. They shared their own experience while stressing the importance of the Public Relations as a profession across different domains.

Dr. Harish Kumar
