Dr. Srenwantee Bhattacharjee delivered a lecture on Transforming Pride & Prejudice organized by Anudip Foundation for Social Welfare on 30th July, 2022.
Dr. Rupa Biswas delivered a lecture on “Policies and Schemes for Child Rights and Child Protection” for the learners of the short term course on Child Rights and Protection on MOOCS platform on 24th July 2022.
Dr. Rupa Biswas reviewed a manuscript titled "Women Empowerment: Issues-Challenges and Development Methods" for an edited volume “Sanskriti” - A Bilingual and Multidisciplinary on Women and Her Paths on 24th June, 2022.
Dr. Rupa Biswas and Dr. Sucheta Paul jointly presented a paper on “Girl Child Marriages During the Pandemic: Evidence From Selected Districts of West Bengal” in WSWD2022: 5th international conference on "Co-Building a New Eco-Social World: Leave No One Behind-Achieving Community Resilience & SDGs” organized by CSWPD Foundation in association with the Sociology & Social Work department of the People's University of Bangladesh held on May 25-27, 2022.
Dr. Srenwantee Bhattacharjee delivered a lecture on “Career in Social Work” at 50th online career guidance programme held on 18th February, 2022.
Dr. Rupa Biswas delivered a lecture on Present Scenario of Women’s Rights and activism in Indian Society Vs Gender Equality on 2nd February, 2022 in Express News Channel, Durgapur.
Dr. Rupa Biswas delivered a lecture on “Policies and Schemes for Child Rights and Child Protection” for the learners of the short term course on Child Rights and Protection on MOOCS platform on 30th January 2022.
Dr. Rupa Biswas prepared study materials for The Department of Social Work, DDE, Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata in 2020.
Dr. Sucheta Paul was invited as a panellist by Sanjeevini Life beyond Cancer for a Symposium on “Breast Cancer Awareness” on 29th October, 2020.
Dr. Jacob Islery received Indian Council of Social Science Research grant (2023-2024) for the project Emerging Urban Spaces in the Sixth Schedule Areas of Assam: Opportunities Challenges and Predicaments of Tribal Communities.
Dr. Sucheta Paul reviewed a manuscript titled -Finding the Blue Drums: A Micro Study on Urban Household Water in Delhi for Journal of Kolkata Society for Asian Studies (UGC Care).
Dr. Srenwantee Bhattacharjee was awarded First position for paper presentation titled Transgender Employment Policy: Role of Human Resources in Building an Inclusive Workplace at the International Conference on Women in Multifaceted Research (ICWMR-2024) organized by Gopal Narayan Singh University, Rohtas, Bihar from 10th-12th March 2024.

Ms. Anwesha Pal (MSW 2020-2022 batch) secured 2nd rank in West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination JEMAS PG - 2022 for MPhil in Psychiatric Social Work.
Ms. Susmita Mazumdar (MSW 2020-2022 batch) has been selected for Gandhi Fellowship program for the year 2022-24.
Ms. Sayani Chandra (MSW 2020-2022 batch) was awarded 1st runner up for December 2020 Star Intern Award by Sanjeevani, Life Beyond Cancer for her commitment to creating awareness about Healthy Lifestyle & Cancer Prevention. She has received certificate of appreciation and a gift voucher worth Rs 1000/-.
Mr. Sourik Das (MSW 2021-2023 batch) secured 3rd position in District Youth Parliament organized by NYKS, South Kolkata.
Ms. Asmita Gupta (MSW 2021-2023 batch) secured 1st position in District Youth Parliament organized by NYKS, South Kolkata.
Mr. Sourik Das (MSW 2021-2023 batch) secured 1st position in Neighbourhood Youth Parliament organized by NYKS, South Kolkata.
Aishwarya Basu (MSW 2019-2021 batch) is currently working as Social Work Assistant, FEVACA community projects, Cambridge, UK.
Mr. Siddharth Gurung (MSW 2019-2021 batch) has been selected for Gandhi Fellowship program for the year 2021-23.
Riya Saha (MSW 2019-2021 batch) cleared IELTS for pursuing higher studies in abroad.
Ms. Sangeeta Das (MSW 2019-2021 batch) was awarded Star Intern Award October 2020 1st position by Sanjeevani, Life Beyond Cancer for her commitment to creating awareness about Healthy Lifestyle & Cancer Prevention. She has received certificate of appreciation, a provisional appointment letter to join the organisation from June 2021 and a gift voucher worth Rs 5000. Ms. Sangeeta won the 1st prize again in December 2020.

Amrita Dutta (MSW 2018-2020 batch) is pursuing MA in Health and Society in South Asia at the South Asia Institute of Heidelberg University, Germany.
Grace Lucas was pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Human resource Management from Algonquin College, Canada.
Madhurima Sanyal was pursuing Master of Arts on Gender and Development, University of Sussex.
Pearl Arlappa qualified National Eligibility Test for Lectureship in 2019.
Shrawani Jha qualified National Eligibility Test for Lecture ship in 2019.
A research paper titled “Impact of Addiction on Family: An Exploratory Study with Reference to Slums in Kolkata” authored by Pearl Arlappa, Shrawani Jha, S. Jayaseeli has been published in Current Research Journal of Social Sciences Volume 02, No.(1)2019.
A paper titled “Human Resource Management in Media and Entertainment-An Exploration into the Future” was presented by Ms Antonia Biswas, Ms. Amrita Dutta, Ms. Mahasweta Chatterjee and Riya Agarwal in an International Conference on HR Trends 2030 organised by the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, Kolkata on March 1st and 2nd 2019.
