St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata (SXUK) organized a two-day Environmental Studies and Sustainability Poster Presentation on April 22 and 25, 2026 at the campus.

Inaugurated by Rev. Dr. John Felix Raj, SJ, Vice-Chancellor of SXUK, the first day featured students from the Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) programme, who presented posters on themes related to Sustainable Business Management. On the second day, Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) students showcased innovative sustainable business plans and models, highlighting practical approaches to contemporary environmental challenges. The presentations were evaluated by external experts.

Students explored a wide range of topics, including waste management, eco-friendly packaging, plastic recycling, and green technology. Their work demonstrated not only academic rigor but also a strong sense of environmental responsibility and critical thinking.
