On 6th December, 2023, an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) has been signed between 'St. Xavier's University, Kolkata (SXUK)' and 'Child Rights and You (CRY)' at the University Campus, New Town.

The MoU has been signed by the Registrar, Prof. Ashis Mitra and Ms. Trina Chakrabarti, Director East & Volunteer Management, CRY with the blessings of Fr. Felix Raj, Vice-Chancellor, in the august presence of Dr. Indra Kanta Maitra, Controller of Examinations, Dr. Ranjeeta Mukherjee, Dr. Anuradha Roy Chowdhury, Dr. Prashna Samaddar, Mr. Saptarshi Hazra, Senior Manager, CRY Kolkata and Ms. Rubina Haque, Senior Executive, Volunteer Engagement, CRY, Kolkata.

The collaboration seeks to aim to enrich the experiential learning among students of the University by providing a practical dimension to it and to inculcate among them the spirit of public service and to make them a socially responsible citizen.
