Department bids Farewell to Graduating Class of 2024-26

New Town/Kolkata (6 May 2026): The Department of Social Work, SXUK bid wished well and farewell to its graduating students, Class of 2024-26 today, 6 May 2026. There are 24 students who would be graduating out in Social Work with Specialisations in Human Resource Development & Management (HRDM), and Family and Child Welfare (FCW). They will be available for employment from First week of June 2026. As of date, seven (7) of them have already been placed.
The Farewell programme was planned and executed by MSW, Sem-II students under the guidance of the members of the Faculty. It was a song, dance and sharing of memories filled evening. It ended with distribution of mementos and a sumptuous refreshment. IT WAS A NOSTALGIC, YET HAPPY EVENING …..!
