The Calcutta Province Commission for Alumni Associations held its half-yearly meeting at St. Lawrence School, Ballygunge. The gathering brought together presidents, secretaries, and members from seven member associations (St. Xavier’s Collegiate School, Kolkata, St. Xavier’s College, St. Lawrence School, St. Xavier’s School, Burdwan, St. Xavier’s College, Burdwan, St. Xavier’s School, Durgapur and St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata). Representatives presented reports on their activities over the past six months. Key issues affecting the province and associations were also discussed.

The meeting resulted in the selection of Jeetu Rampuria as the nominee for the JAAI and Shankar Ramalingam, Snehasis Sur, and Vatsal Chirimar as representatives for the North Zone.

Fr. Felix Raj, Province Coordinator, chaired the meeting with valuable assistance from Jeetu Rampuria, Province Representative to JAAI. The host association, St. Lawrence, warmly concluded the meeting with a delicious lunch.
