Greetings from Xavier Business School, SXUK!

Established in 2018 as a business school under St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata, we proudly present ourselves as a dynamic and forward-thinking institution committed to academic excellence and industry relevance. Our primary goal is to contribute meaningfully to the field of Business Administration through our comprehensive two-year full-time MBA Degree Programme, which currently offers four specializations—Marketing, Finance, Human Resources (HR), and Business Analytics. Our objective remains to develop competent and ethical business leaders, equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in today’s dynamic corporate environment.

Marking a significant milestone in our journey, we are proud to announce that XBS has received accreditation from the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for three years (2025-2028). This recognition is a testament to our commitment to quality education, industry-aligned curriculum, and student success.

In addition to our flagship MBA programme, we have expanded our offerings with the launch of the Executive MBA Programme in 2024, designed for working professionals. Conducted in weekend mode (Saturday & Sunday classes), this programme allows professionals to enhance their managerial expertise while balancing work commitments, reinforcing our dedication to lifelong learning and career advancement.

At XBS, we emphasize a holistic educational approach, ensuring that our students not only develop business acumen but also embody values of inclusivity, integrity, and social responsibility. Beyond academics, we actively engage in community-building initiatives, providing support to underprivileged sections of society—especially during challenging times like the pandemic—by promoting health, education, and welfare programs.

We take immense pride in the overwhelming success of our students in final placements, with reputable organizations such as PwC, Deloitte, Adani Wilmar, HDFC Bank, Dabur, Godrej Industries, ITC, Marico, Kellogg's, Berger Paints, HCL Technologies, KPMG, Exide Industries, Flipkart, and TCS, among others, welcoming our graduates into their workforce. Their achievements reflect the rigorous academic training and industry-oriented learning environment that we foster at XBS.
