These services play an important role in providing students with the right direction and helping them identify the better opportunities.Career counselling majorly focusses on giving a clear picture to the job seekers about companies & various pros & cons of the industry.This helps aspirants to make a clear & informed decision while choosing a career in a specific industry. Career counselling helps an aspirant to boost his/her morale & be aware of the skills they possess.

At XBS, career counselling is provided to the students through various methods like grooming sessions by soft skill trainers, giving them opportunities to participate in various certification courses. Regular mentoring sessions are conducted by the faculties to address the various academic and non-academic concerns of the students. Before the students appear for any placement opportunity, a session is conducted to provide the necessary inputs related to the post as well as instill confidence in them.
