St. Xavier's University, Kolkata Student Board organised a Health Check-Up programme in collaboration with Apollo Gleneagles Hospital, Kolkata on February 22, 2020 as part of XAVRANG, 2020 celebration.

Eminent physicians from Apollo Gleneagles Hospital graced the occasion and shared good health mantras with students, faculty and staff members of the university.

Dr. Debraj Jash, MD, DM (Pulmonology) gave a deliberation on the ill effects of smoking and the importance of hand washing to prevent various diseases.

The programme comprised of BMI, BP Check, Sugar test, ECG including consultation by leading physicians. The students thronged in large numbers and resolved to organise such events in future. .
