St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata is currently offering Two Additional Language Proficiency Courses in Spanish and French respectively.

These courses are offered only to the existing undergraduate (excluding final year students of 2024-2025) and newly admitted undergraduate students of St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata. The new students can apply only after generation of CIN and Roll No. after the verification of documents at the time of admission.

Admission Procedure:

Rules and Regulations Regarding Admission to Additional Language Proficiency Courses.

1. Seats: The total allotted seat for each course is limited. Admission will be granted on “first-come-first-served” basis.

2. Admission Fee Payment: Admission Fee (non-refundable) Payment link will be activated for after receiving adequate applications.

3. Waiting List: In case more applications are received, there will be a waiting list.

4. Closure of Application: The application portal (through google form) will close as soon as adequate applicants pay the admission fees (non-refundable). Other applications, including the wait listed applications will be cancelled.

5. Cancellation of Course: In case number of enrolled students are not sufficient the University may decide not to offer the to discontinue the course. In that case the fees paid for the course will be refunded.
