Law Library

The Law Library at St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata has a rich collection of Knowledge Resources both in print and electronic form. This includes subscriptions to online databases such as SCC Online, LexisNexis, JSTOR, AIR Web World, SAGE, Pearson, Tata McGraw-Hill, and many more. The library is also subscribed to print journals such as Indian Bar Review, All India Reporter, Economic & Political Weekly, Asian Journal of Legal Education, Journal of Victimology and Victim Justice, and many more. It is our endeavor to provide reference services in locating resources and information in the best possible way and at the least possible time. The library has dedicated computer stations for accessing digital resources, a reading section, and a separated discussion room with a soundproof setup for facilitating students preparing for moot court sessions and competitions, trial advocacy competitions and mediation competitions.
