Dr. Fr. Mourlin K., SJ is a distinguished academician, strategic administrator, and researcher with extensive expertise in Business Management and Human Resource Development. Holding a Doctoral degree in Business Management (Human Resource) from The University of Burdwan, West Bengal, his empirical dissertation explored Strategic Human Resource Development in Select Non-Governmental Organizations in India. As Assistant Professor at Xavier Business School, St. Xavier's University, Kolkata, he brings over a decade of rich academic and administrative experience, specializing in Human Resource Management, HR Audit, Strategic HRD, Project Management, and Entrepreneurship.

Dr. Mourlin K has led impactful international projects on women's empowerment, livelihood generation, and social inclusion funded by agencies such as UNICEF India and Manos Unidas (Spain). He has conducted global workshops on conflict management and career-driven pedagogy across the USA, Singapore, Bangkok, and Bangladesh. Currently, he serves as the Principal Investigator for an ICSSR-sponsored research project (₹16 Lakhs, 2024) on youth entrepreneurship across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal. Additionally, he holds an Indian Patent for a deep-learning-based cyber-attack detection framework for IoT networks and is a certified POSH/POCSO trainer, Emotional Intelligence coach, and active peer reviewer for journals like Management and Labour Studies and Global Business Review.
