Industry Visits

Industry visits are an integral part of the learning experience at Xavier Business School (XBS). They offer students a unique opportunity to step beyond classroom learning and experience how real businesses operate. Through these visits, students interact directly with industry professionals, observe business processes in action, and gain a first-hand understanding of the corporate environment—an essential component of MBA education.

At XBS, we believe that management education must bridge theory with practice. Our regular industry visits—both within Kolkata and to major industrial hubs outside the city—are designed to expose students to the dynamic world of modern business. These visits help them connect classroom concepts with real-time operations such as supply chain management, production processes, quality control, marketing practices, financial decision-making, and human resource functions.
