Admission Procedure

  • Go through the Admission Brochure located under the admissions tab on our website. Familiarize yourself with the requirements, including necessary documents and other important details.
  • Initiate the Registration Process by clicking on the "Apply Now" button on the website's homepage.
  • Provide your basic information and complete the registration by verifying your email address and mobile number through an OTP verification.
  • Log in to the application portal using the credentials sent to your email address.
  • Fill in all required details such as Personal Information, Guardian Details, Address Information, Academic History, and Employment Details (if applicable).
  • Upload a scanned copy of your photograph (preferably in formal attire) and digital signature in JPG format, each not exceeding 2 MB.
  • Upload necessary documents such as Class X, XII & UG Degree Marksheet, Aadhar Card, National Level Entrance Test Scorecard, Birth Certificate, Reserved Category Certificate (for SC, ST, OBC Students), Religion Certificate (for Christian Students), and Work Experience Certificate (if applicable) in PDF format each document not exceeding 2 MB in size.
  • Review all entered details and proceed to pay the application fee online. The application process concludes upon payment of the Rs.1000/- application fee.
  • Download and retain a printed copy of the Online Application Form and the Application Fee Payment Receipt for future reference.
  • Upon receipt of your online application, the XBS Admission Office will contact you via email for further instructions.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in Group Discussion, Personal Interview, and Writing Ability Test as part of the selection process.
  • Selected candidates will receive an admission offer letter from the XBS Admission Office. Confirm your acceptance by paying the Admission Fee of Rs.30,000/- within the stipulated deadline, thereby securing your Provisional Admission.
  • Complete payment of the Semester One Course Fee amounting to Rs.2,75,000/- and undergo physical document verification to finalize your admission.

All communication from the XBS Admission Office will be conducted exclusively through email. Therefore, it is imperative that every candidate maintains a personal email address and regularly checks for updates.

SELECTION PROCESS
The final selection of the applicant will be based on his/her composite score prepared by Xavier Business School, which considers assessment of the candidate from different dimensions, which includes the following:
  • Past Academic Scores [Class X, XII and Qualifying Degree Marks] (Weightage:20%)
  • National Level Entrance Test Score [XAT, CAT, MAT, CMAT, NMAT] (Weightage:35%)
  • Writing Ability Test (Weightage:10%)
  • Group Discussions and Personal Interviews (Weightage:30%)
  • Work Experience (if any) (Weightage:5%)

REGISTRATION
A Student who is selected for enrolment in MBA by the University, needs to complete the admission process and get himself/herself registered within the notified time period. Registration is valid for 4 years from the academic year in which the registration is granted.
