1. For replacement of damaged Certificate, it must be submitted along with the application.
2. For lost or stolen Certificate, a GD (General Diary) is to be filed at the nearest Police Station. A photocopy of the same is to be enclosed with the application.
3. Affidavit on non-Judicial Stamp Paper of 10 with an undertaking to return the duplicate degree in case the original is found. (Format of affidavit is given in the next page)
4. For lost or stolen certificate, enclose a self-certified photocopy of the original Certificate issued by the University (if available).

1. For Mark Sheet or Academic Transcript or Certificate issued within 10 years will be 2000 per copy.
2. For Mark Sheet or Academic Transcript or Certificate of more than 10 years earlier will be 4000 per copy.
3. The charges are to be deposited through the online payment link of our website.
4. Please enclose a copy of the transaction slip of the payment along with the application.

1. For Mark Sheet or Academic Transcript or Certificate issued within 10 year 45 days from the date of receipt of the Fee.
2. For Mark Sheet or Academic Transcript or Certificate issued more than 10 years earlier 60 days from the date of receipt of the Fee.

After receiving the application along with the above-mentioned documents, the office of Controller of Examinations will process the application and a duplicate degree will be issued to the student. The Certificate will be marked as “Duplicate” on top. Such a certificate will be signed by the incumbent Controller of Examinations (COE).

NB: The above rule can be excused only in case of Academic Transcript, where more than one of the same can be issued after the written order of the Vice-Chancellor, if the same is required in academics or related process(es). The charges will be 2000 for the first copy and 1000 for the second copy onwards.

3. That the original < Course Name> Mark Sheet or Academic Transcript or Certificate conferred on me by SXUK has been lost and to the best of my knowledge and belief there is no likelihood of the said original certificate to be found again.

4. That in the unlikely event of the original certificate is found, I shall return the duplicate certificate to the concerned authorities at SXUK.
