Students are required to contact registrar's office for the renewal of bus fee for the period January to June 2018 with a bank draft of Rs. 15000/- (fifteen thousand) drawn in favour of "ST XAVIERS UNIVERSITY" Payable in Kolkata.

1) What is your feeling after your dream of
SXUK is realized?
Its not my dream alone, it is the dream of the
whole Xaverian Family, it includes the Jesuits,
alumni, alumnae, the people of Kolkata, the
Government, including the Honorable Chief
Minister and many more.
It is a collective dream, I was there to give a
lead; yes the dream has been realized, it has
become a reality but the vision 2020 must now
take a different shape as vision 2025, because
this vision must continue.

72nd Independence Day Celebration

The 72nd Independence of India was celebrated at
the SXUK at 9.30 am. The Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor
hoisted the National Flag. Swami Agnivesh, a
former professor of St. Xavier's College was the
Chief-Guest. He spoke about the lesson he learnt
from the Jesuit Priests while at SXC and about
his mission for the poor and the bonded
labourers. A large number of faculty, staff,
students, security and house-keeping officers
participated in the ceremony. Thank to

coordination of the ceremony..

The Rotary Club, Central Calcutta
organized a programme for promoting
conservation of nature and greenery -
PLANT A TREE, PLANT A HOPE at St.
Xavier's University, Kolkata on 21st of July
2018. The club provided around 100 saplings
and 25 plants, including mango, coconut,
hibiscus, and sunflower. The event was
graced by the presence of a number of
dignitaries, students and teachers of the
Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony of St. Xavier's University, Rajarhat
Mittal, Mamata mark beginning of Xavier's University journey
